How long does it take until a PunchOut is available?

Once the catalogue is uploaded to Primus Catalog, a PunchOut can be created from it within seconds. Settings such as logo, colours or branding only need to be configured once.

Can I control which customers see which products?

Yes. You retain full control over content, prices and assortments – configurable per customer. Primus Catalog manages all catalogue data centrally and lets you define exactly which items, prices and conditions appear in which PunchOut channel.

How current are prices, stock levels and product data?

All data comes from Primus Catalog and can be updated automatically via API, FTP or SFTP. Prices, stock levels and item information are therefore always up to date – with no manual maintenance.

Where does it run – and how secure is it?

Primus is cloud-based, available at all times and requires no installation. The servers are located exclusively in Germany, are GDPR compliant, redundantly secured and technically up to date.
