Billing runs per customer account in our software. Every customer account represents a fully automated, individualised catalogue assigned to one of your end customers – including its own framework agreements, item structures, prices, classifications and the connection to a specific procurement platform.
In practice: if you want to supply five business customers digitally, each with their own purchasing logic and catalogue requirements, five customer accounts are created and billed – regardless of how many items or changes you make in the catalogue.
Add modules flexibly
Both modules can be added at any time, including after go-live, and are fully integrated into the Primus system.
- Primus PunchOutfrom €149 / month
- Per connection. Tiered prices apply depending on the number of connected platforms. Integration runs via OCI or cXML and plugs straight into the e-procurement system.
- Primus Exclusionfrom €350
- As an add-on, depending on package size. Enables targeted whitelist and blacklist management so item selection can be handed to the customer – ideal for individual ranges and exclusion rules.
- Primus ConnectIndividual
- An ongoing subscription per active PunchOut connection plus one-off, effort-based setup costs. Because shop architectures differ substantially, there is deliberately no flat price here.

What should I know about the Starter package?
The Starter package costs €89 per month and is the entry point to Primus Catalog. It covers up to 5,000 item records and up to 5 customer accounts, with export in BMEcat only. PunchOut and classification mapping are not included; the Growth package covers those.
The term is 3 months. After that you have a right of cancellation. Without cancellation the account moves automatically to the Growth package, which starts at five customer accounts and is billed under the standard model (€129 per customer and platform per month).
Can I simply add PunchOut and Exclusion?
Yes, in the Growth and Enterprise packages both modules can be added flexibly – including later on – and are fully integrated into the Primus system. Primus Exclusion can be added to the Starter package, PunchOut cannot.
Which procurement platforms and marketplaces are supported?
Primus is compatible with every procurement platform and marketplace we know of, including SAP Ariba, Unite Mercateo, Coupa, Onventis, Jaggaer and simple system. Whether a platform expects BMEcat, cXML, CSV or its own format, our solution can serve it.
Which integrations do you support?
Primus integrates on both the input and the output side. We connect procurement platforms via API, FTP or SFTP; internal source systems such as ERP, PIM or product data management can be attached the same way. Manual imports via CSV, Excel or CIF are also possible.
How quickly can I start?
Very quickly – Primus is not a classic IT project but a solution that is ready to use. Usually your catalogue data is all that is needed. Primus can map almost any catalogue automatically and make it usable for any target platform, with no lengthy preliminary projects.
How many errors does your catalogue have?
